Cabinet Lighting Options

We offer various different lighting options to help achieve your desired effect, whether its a well lit retail display geared for maximum sales with a real punch of light or a soft light to display your cherished collection at home.

Quite often display lighting is of a poor quality as it is not configured to give the best effects. For example, to be effective a retail display really needs to draw attention to itself by being brighter than its surroundings. We offer 3 different types of lighting options to enable you to achieve the best results.

Halogen Lighting

Low voltage halogen dichroic lighting offers a bright powerful warm white light and is the most common form of lighting for display cases.

Halogen Top Lights

Dichroic Lighting

Low voltage halogen dichroic lighting fitted to the top of the display area gives off a very bright light. Different wattage bulbs are available to soften the effect where desired, such as in a domestic environment. A popular choice as they give off a lot of good quality light. 35w and 20w bulb options are available.

 

Halogen Corner Post Lights

Corner Dichroic Lighting

Very discrete yet fully adjustable 20w low voltage halogen lights, neatly mounted on the corner posts. Can be added in addition to top lighting where more light is desired further down the cabinet.

 

Fluorescent Lighting

Slim line triphosphur fluorescent lights offer a warm white light but are not as powerful as halogen lights. They have the advantage of very low running temperatures and can be mounted behind rails to the top or even behind a mid rail.

Fluorescent lights: Slim line fluorescent lights can be neatly mounted behind top or mid rails. These are available in different sizes with a typical 14w fitting being 600mm in lenght.

 

LED Lighting

Advanced high power LED lights using the very latest technology. Not to be confused with typical LED lights which by comparison offer a much lower output of light. These LED lights give a superior quality of light and are available in either a warm white or cool white. Benefits include high quality of light, cool running, low maintenance with typical bulb life of 30,000 hours, low running costs which should enable them to pay for themselves over time.

Advanced high power LED lights fitted to the top of the display area offers high quality lighting. Available in 4.5w bulbs which have an approx light output of a 35w halogen bulb, or 6w bulbs which have an approx light output of a 50w halogen bulb.

 

LED Corner Post Lights 6w

LED Corner Post Lights

Available in the larger 50mm High power LED bulbs as the top lights. Bulbs are rated at 6w which have an approx light output of a 50w halogen bulb.

LED Corner Post Lights

Very latest in LED technology these new high power LED bulbs are now available in the smaller 35mm size, as per the halogen corner post lights, and are rated at 2w, but offer an approx light output of a 20w halogen bulb.

 

Hidden Lighting Cables

Lighting cables are entirely hidden within the corner post section and can exit the cabinet from the base or from the top if requested.
