Cabinet Lighting Options
Lighting, especially for the retailer, is one of the most important aspects to consider, as it is imperative to display well to acheive good sales.
Therefore it is critical to achieve the correct lighting condition inside a cabinet, whether it be a bright but well lit display to attract serious attention in a shop, or a soft light to create a pleasant atmosphere in your home. Most display lighting is of a poor quality as it gives off back glare which has a blinding effect on the eyes.
The lighting we offer doesn't give out any back glare which ensures the lighting works with the eye and not against it. We offer various different lighting options to enable you to achieve the best results.
Lighting cables normally exit from the bottom of the display cabinet, but can easily exit from the top upon request.
Dichroic Lighting
Low voltage halogen dichroic lighting fitted to the top of the display area gives off a very bright white natural light. Lower wattage bulbs are available to soften the effect where desired, such as in a domestic environment. A popular choice as they give off a lot of good quality light. 50w bulbs are used as standard, but 35w or 20w are also available.
Corner Dichroic Lighting
Very discrete yet fully adjustable 20w low voltage dichroic halogen lights, neatly mounted on the corner posts. Uniquely does not give off any blinding backlight. Can be used independently or in conjunction with top mounted lighting where more light is desired further down the cabinet. These lights can also be used where "spotlighting" of a particular item or area is required.
Fluorescent Lighting
line triphosphor fluorescent lights are available which also give off a very white light but are not as powerful as halogen dichroics. These lights have the advantage of very low running temperatures and can be mounted behind rails to the top or even behind a mid rail.
Hidden Lighting Cables
Lighting cables are entirely hidden within the corner post section.
