Cabinet Design Features

Superior Cabinet Design Features

Given the vast difference in general quality and performance between different types of glass display cabinets we cannot emphasise too much how important it is to understand the key aspects and advantages of having a good design.

Our ability to offer so many excellent features, several of them unique to ourselves, applied throughout our cabinets, leads to a superior final product which has been designed with quality and performance in mind.

Aluminium Cabinet Corner PostsAluminium Corner Posts

Our stylish yet slim line corner posts really do add an air of distinction to our products while offering essential structural support. These come in a modern satin silver anodised finish or can be polyester powder coated which offers an extremely durable and attractive finish. A classy looking highly polished superior "mirror" finish is also available.

Integral Cabinet Shelf SupportIntegral Shelf Support

All shelves are fully retained by our unique unobtrusive design, which is not only pleasing to the eye but also extremly effective. Cabinets can be tipped to any angle without any shelf movement. A real bonus when having to move cabinets.

Rigid ConstructionRigid Construction

The strong aluminium frame is locked solid by the glass being tightly glazed into the frame leaving the cabinet strong and rigid.

Benefits of Design

Our design enables our display cabinets to boast many important benefits often overlooked at the purchasing stage.

  • Concealed electrical cables
  • All cabinets come fully built
  • Extremely stable and rigid structure
  • Easy to move
  • Cabinets will remain standing should any glass break
  • Sealed corners to minimise dust entry
  • High security

The Benefits of having an Aluminium Frame

Not all glass display cabinets are the same, despite first appearances. Take a closer look and consider the construction.

The majority of cabinets use the glass itself to support the cabinet, whereas on our design the cabinet frame supports the glass, which offers vastly superior performance not only to the overall strenght of the cabinet but also its stability. Combine that to the way our corner posts trap and tightly hold the glass throughout its height and the result is by far the most rigid cabinets on the market.

Consider the implications of what may happen if a piece of glass should ever break on a cabinet which relies upon that piece of glass to support the cabinet.
